✅ Your mission

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Act as a change ambassador in the After-Sales area, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and motivated to embrace new processes.
• Drive the successful integration of new systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce) into KION Iberia’s organizational structure, including distributors.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing process knowledge to shape technological solutions.
• Test and validate business processes within the new systems to ensure a smooth and effective implementation.
• Act as the communication link with end-users, providing guidance and support throughout the transition.
• Train and empower employees, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and adoption of new tools.
• Collaborate with key users, data specialists, and functional leads to align project objectives.
• Support data cleansing, prepare and execute testing activities, and validate results.
• Participate in training planning and delivery, including Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Requirements

Vocational training or higher education in Transportation & Logistics (or related field)

Intermediate/Advanced English (other languages are a plus)

Knowledge of MS Office, TMS-SAP

Skills: communication, proactivity, multitasking.
