Are you a recent graduate or young professional aged 18–30? This is a unique opportunity to live with a host family in China, improve your Mandarin, and experience authentic Chinese culture—while supporting children’s English learning through everyday interaction. The program is fully funded, and LoPair handles your flights and visa process—so you can go worry-free!
What are you going to do:
The Funded Au Pair China Program offers a fully supported cultural exchange
experience in major Chinese cities like Beijing and Shanghai. You’ll live with a
carefully selected host family, receive free Mandarin classes, enjoy cultural activities,
and explore China—all while being guided every step of the way. LoPair takes care of
your round-trip flights and provides full support through the student visa application,
so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Program overview:
Locations of host families: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and other cities possible
upon request.
C1-level English proficiency is preferred for the best experience and communication.
Program length: 3–12 months (6+ months recommended)
Stipend is on top of accommodation, visa sponsorship, round tickects and possible family trips nationwide.
