About the Company: StartGroup Real Estate was established in 2003 and has three offices on the Costa del Sol. We are located in Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas and Torrequebrada. All our sales and marketing staff are GIPE certified agents, ensuring we offer our clients the highest quality service. We are an international team that speaks 14 languages and our clientele is both international and national.

About the Role: Below is a summary of the key responsibilities of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and visit properties to put them up for sale.
• Preparation of documentation for the property.
• Manage contracts, client contacts and follow up.
• Photographing and making 3D scans of the properties.
• Training provided by the in-house listing team.
• Courses and GIPE certification by the company.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of the Costa del Sol, especially the area between Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
• Driving licence.

Required Skills:

• English and Spanish are compulsory.
• Knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• The work is on-site, not remote.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Contract with a fixed salary of €1,800 gross + commissions.
• Opening hours:
• Monday 10 - 18
• Tuesday 9.15 - 18
• Wednesday 10-18
• Thursday 10-18
• Friday 10 – 18
• Saturdays and alternate public holidays among the team (one per month).
