Real Estate Sales Consultant – Prime Residential

Atipika Lifestyle Properties, a leading luxury real estate agency with over 25 years of experience in the premium and high-end residential market, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its head office on Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Property acquisition in an assigned prime area
• Active follow-up and management of listed properties
• Advising and assisting potential buyers throughout the sales process
• Negotiation and closing of sales transactions
• CRM management and reporting
• Close collaboration with the commercial team

Candidate profile

• Previous experience in real estate or a strong commercial vocation with proven customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, organization and closing abilities
• Results-driven mindset and clear sales orientation
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good personal presentation
• Solid knowledge of the city of Barcelona
• Familiarity with CRM systems and strong command of Microsoft Office

Languages

• Spanish: Advanced
• English: Advanced
• Catalan: Intermediate
• Additional languages will be highly valued
