Role Description

This is a full-time or part time, on site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Vejer de la Frontera. The role involves handling day-to-day front desk operations such as welcoming guests, managing reservations, organizing staff and providing personalized customer service. The receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Receptionist Duties, including managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Vejer de la Frontera and surrounding tourist attractions is an advantage
• Integrity
