Role Description

M21 is seeking 2-3 Real Estate Consultants to join our dynamic team on-site in Marbella and Sotogrande. The role encompasses identifying client property preferences, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and offering reliable real estate consultancy. The candidate will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert market insights, and assist in the property purchase or investment process. The role may also involve attending company events and networking with potential clients to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of Experience in Real Estate Sales
• Strong Negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Ability to provide client-oriented training and support
• Proficiency in working with international clients and multilingual communication
• Knowledge of the real estate market Southern Spain is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, professional demeanor, and excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
