Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Analyst based in our office in Eiaxmple, Barcelona. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for writing real estate appraisal reports, conducting market research, performing financial analyses, and preparing detailed reports. Responsibilities also include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting in real estate appraisals to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential investments and develop strategies to maximize returns.

This position is 100% in English, so you must be fluent in English to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating real estate market trends
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence processes for real estate transactions
• Proficiency in Finance and Investments concepts related to real estate
• Knowledge of Real Estate Appraisal methodologies and techniques
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
