About the Position

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role combines logistics sales activities with the coordination of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales processes for logistics services (road, sea, and/or air transportation).
• Acquire new customers and manage existing customer portfolios.
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare price quotations, and follow up on contract processes.
• Coordinate the operational processes of confirmed shipments and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
• Prepare reports related to sales and operational performance.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or operations within the logistics sector.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); Turkish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to take responsibility in both sales and operations with a solution- and results-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• No travel restrictions and a valid driver’s license.
