Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to manage the administrative responsibilities of the Operations Department. This role is essential for ensuring proper internal organization, maintaining updated protocols, and supporting the department’s daily operational processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update operational documentation, databases, and departmental reports.
  • Develop, review, and maintain internal protocols and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate workflows, tasks, and departmental priorities.
  • Prepare and manage agendas, meetings, minutes, and presentations.
  • Incident Resolution: identify, log, and coordinate the resolution of operational issues that may affect production or delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal standards, and established processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Department.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative roles related to Operations (1–3 years).
  • High/Bilingual English level.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and analytical thinking.
