Job Description:

Golden Coast Luxury Estate is looking for luxury real estate agents with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Join our team managing exclusive properties and high-end clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate.
• Languages: English required; Russian, Chinese, French, or Italian are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Barcelona market and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepeneurial.

Responsibilities

• Stage and show living spaces
• Advertise and market living spaces
• Finds and reaches out to new prospects
• Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
• Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client
