Your Role – Make a Difference with Us
In coordination with our Sales teams, you will take on an administrative support role for our retail and wholesale clients in Spain and other European markets. Your work will be essential to ensure accurate processes, timely communication, and smooth daily operations.
- You will process and enter incoming orders into our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and complete documentation through to final delivery.
- You will support daily administrative tasks for the Sales Operations team, such as updating price lists, preparing standard documents, and managing customer files.
- You will handle customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally by phone and email, ensuring clear communication and proper follow-up??
- You will maintain and update customer and product information in our CRM and ERP systems.
- You will prepare quotations, order confirmations, and basic reports for internal and client use.
- You will assist in performing routine data checks, sales reports, and customer analysis to ensure data accuracy.
What You Bring to the Table
- A completed commercial education or a comparable university degree (Business Administration, International Trade, etc.).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles such as Sales Administration, Customer Service, Back Office, or similar (internship experience also considered).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A structured, reliable, and proactive work approach.
- Excellent command of Excel and MS Office, plus familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- A strong sense of teamwork and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
