PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Paralegal to join our growing legal team.


You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our European platform, supporting the Legal Counsel and General Counsel on a wide range of transactional, operational and developmental matters.


From managing NDAs and KYC checks to maintaining accurate documentation and implementing efficient legal workflows, you’ll help drive consistency and excellence across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their legal career who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)


  • Manage and coordinate NDAs, KYC processes, and document organisation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the legal team with contract reviews, data organisation, and maintaining legal records across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Implement and maintain legal operations tools, including contract and task trackers, e-signature systems, and workflow platforms.
  • Assist in developing and improving legal processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across the business.
  • Work closely with internal teams (investment, operations, finance, and asset management) to provide timely support and information.
  • Manage legal inboxes, coordinate follow-ups, and help ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to facilitate smooth communication and document exchanges.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-based solutions to improve legal workflow and document management.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal operations role, ideally within a fast-paced or international environment.
  • Strong experience handling NDAs, KYC, and document management processes.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using, implementing, or learning legal tech tools, including workflow systems and AI-driven solutions.
  • Exposure to the living or real assets sectors (e.g., student accommodation, residential, or hospitality) is advantageous.
  • Commercially minded and pragmatic, with strong business acumen and the ability to balance risk with operational goals.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with investors and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, German or Italian language skills are strongly preferred.
