Role Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team and senior executives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating schedules for partners and senior attorneys
  • Handling incoming communications: screening calls, emails, and visits to ensure proper routing
  • Organizing travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
  • Preparing and reconciling expense reports, liaising with Finance
  • Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and case files
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate legal processes
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Monitoring contract compliance, including payment terms and legal clauses

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background (preferably in Administration, Law, or related fields)
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within a legal or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
