Responsibilities
Reporting to the CRM manager, you will be responsible ofImplementation and execution of customer retention strategyManage and optimize CRM communications strategy through: Email Marketing, App to Users and Push NotificationsImplement a calendar of special promotions and offers for each platform, customer segment and market, taking into consideration the business needs, branding and marketing strategy and sales objectives.Support for developing and implementing social media strategies. Creating social media post and calendars.Acquisition support. Work closely with Acquisition team to help with Facebook campaigns.Requirements:Student currently enrolled in a bachelor or postgraduate degree in a business discipline (Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Economics, MBA, Marketing, etc).Maintain a positive attitude within the workforceExcellent level of both English and Spanish. Additional European languages are an advantageSocial Media knowledgesIs essential to have an agreement with the University or school. We are looking for candidates for immediate incorporation
