About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Order Operations Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career, with 0–3 years of experience in order operations, customer service, or administrative support.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams to make sure orders flow smoothly through our systems from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and service level agreements.
• Verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, product codes, and delivery information.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve basic issues or delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless order flow.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Escalate non-routine or complex issues to senior team members or supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in order operations, order processing, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
