We are currently in a strong growth phase and are looking for a motivated professional eager to learn and develop within our operations team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and growth-oriented individual to join our Bookings and Customer Support Department, based in Madrid, Spain.
This role will support our multilingual markets, particularly for candidates fluent in multiple European languages.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing travel bookings via email and providing customer service over the phone.
- Confirming services and coordinating operational tasks.
- Communicating and following up with suppliers and hotels.
- Assisting customers during their trip, providing information regarding changes or cancellations, and handling any incidents.
- Managing internal operations related to offers and travel packages.
- Organizing and coordinating complete travel arrangements (flight, ferry, train, etc.).
Requirements
- Availability and schedule flexibility.
- Required to work on-site in our Madrid office 3 days per week.
- No previous experience required.
- Fluent Spanish and at least two of the following languages at C1 level:
- French
- English
- German
- Italian
- Any other language spoken in Europe
