Role Definition

Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, you will proactively analyse delivery data, problem-solve operational issues, and support Miista’s partner relationships worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter all customer orders into our system by the given deadlines, supporting colleagues as needed and ensuring negotiated terms are accurately reflected throughout the selling process.
  • Send order confirmations after each sales campaign and support the Sales Director in communicating changes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Own and maintain customer internal portals, ensuring orders, approvals and logistics-related administration are kept up to date.
  • Maintain customer profiles within Miista’s internal systems and ensure all wholesale selling platforms (e.g., Joor, Brandboom) are updated.
  • Ensure sales order details are accurate and current, including the deletion of withdrawn styles.
  • Lead the creation of selling materials and coordinate product samples.
  • Send cancellation updates, order confirmations and invoices to existing accounts.
  • Liaise with the Sales Director and logistics team to process and track orders.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure accurate data uploads and delivery tracking across accounts.
  • Execute stock returns from partners and, with Credit Control, issue credit notes.
  • Prepare export shipping documentation including invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists and proforma invoices.
  • Regularly update your line manager and customers on any logistics issues, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.
  • Coordinate the master distribution of goods according to customer priorities, maintaining clear communication with both internal supply chain teams and external customers.
  • Authorise and supervise the reorder process and workflow with Miista’s internal warehouse.
  • Provide support to team members, cover holiday periods and perform additional duties aligned with your skill set.
  • Hold regularly scheduled meetings with key accounts and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, reporting and follow-up.
  • Support weekly reporting on sell-throughs and wholesale performance.
  • Travel to major fashion capitals twice per season during selling campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fashion, footwear or accessories company.
  • Minimum three years of wholesale experience.
  • Comfortable using and maintaining stock and sales systems, ideally within a wholesale or multi-channel environment.
  • Strong operational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Great business acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Our Position: The Opposite Thing

Designed in London — Made in Spain — EU Sourced and Produced

Miista upends the exclusionary practices of the fashion industry to show how we’re actually living now. Over the last ten years we are proud to have built a brand that through craft, our community, the risks we’ve taken and a sometimes

bizarre willingness to laugh at ourselves, has made an elegant commitment to the alternative. A dedication to the opposite thing.

What does that mean? That we’re happy to sacrifice profit and to subvert problematic fashion trends for women to create a product that has personality in addition to aesthetic value. A product that knows women don’t really shop using the search words ‘pretty’ now. If we were your friend, Miista would be the odd one at school who grew up and got an attitude and a sense of confidence. You know when it’s a Miista.
