A long-established international fragrance and flavour house is strengthening its International team with the addition of a Fragrance Analyst. This position offers a blend of creative formulation and technical analysis within an innovative, globally connected business.

Based in Spain or France.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, assess, and refine fragrances across multiple applications.
• Perform analytical work using instruments such as GC-MS.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to deliver aligned project outcomes.
• Contribute creatively to client presentations and fragrance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Chemistry or related discipline, or training from a perfumery school.
• Experience in formulation, analysis, or both within the fragrance industry.
• Skilled in analytical interpretation and olfactive evaluation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.
