What we are looking for:

We want agents who:

• Have experience in residential or luxury real estate.
• Understand Madrid’s key residential markets: Salamanca, Chamartín, Chamberí, Pozuelo, La Finca, La Moraleja, Conde Orgaz, Retiro...
• Take responsibility, move fast, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust, discretion, and exceptional service.
• Are collaborative, positive, and comfortable sharing knowledge with the team.
• Are willing to build visibility and a personal brand through modern marketing and content.
• Can work with both local and international clients.
• Are committed to growth and continuous improvement.

What you bring:

• Proven experience or a strong pipeline.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence managing high-net-worth buyers and sellers.
• Strong ethics, discipline, and a client-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
