Lady Pipa is one of the fastest-growing Spanish fashion brands, known for dressing special occasions with personality, elegance, and a strong digital identity. With a rapidly expanding international presence (especially in the U.S) we are a young, dynamic, and highly creative team driven by goals and innovation.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Specialist to support our PR & Influencer strategy in the U.S. Market.

1) Assignments

Reporting to the Senior PR & Influencer Manager, you will support the development and execution of Lady Pipa’s presence in the U.S. Market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and identify U.S.-based influencers and media profiles aligned with the brand.
• Manage influencer gifting, product requests, and all related logistics for the U.S. Market.
• Coordinate press requests and assist U.S. Stylists, editors, and PR partners with necessary samples and materials.
• Support in planning and executing brand activations, U.S. Pop-ups, influencer trips, and events.
• Assist in preparing reports, recaps, KPIs, and administrative tasks related to PR & influencers.
• Draft and adapt press releases and communication materials for the American audience.
• Contribute with ideas and insights to enhance brand visibility, strengthen collaborations, and boost Lady Pipa’s reputation in the U.S.

2) Profile

We are looking for a Junior profile with strong interest in fashion, communications, and U.S. Market trends.

Requirements:

• English native-level is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
• No previous fashion experience required, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
• Understanding of the U.S. Influencer and media landscape is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong research abilities and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Proactive attitude, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for fashion and affinity with the Lady Pipa world.

3) Working conditions

• Location: Madrid Office, with occasional availability to travel to the U.S.
• Full time contract.
