Opportunity – Project Coordinator



About the role


We are looking for a Project Coordinator to collaborate with one of our international client´s project management team.

You will play a key role ensuring smooth project execution, coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries, and helping the organization integrate the new platform seamlessly.

This role requires close collaboration with global and local teams, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners—contributing to high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of project management processes.



What you’ll do


Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and coordination of project activities.

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Prepare and manage project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, change requests).

Coordinate and document project meetings: agendas, notes, follow-ups.

Track project progress and maintain updated project dashboards.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders across different geographies.

Support risk and issue management, helping identify mitigation actions.

Coordinate activities with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Contribute to improving project management processes and methodologies.



Must Have


Experience in project coordination or project management support roles.

Strong IT literacy and solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks at once.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and handle expectations.

Proven ability to prepare reports, track progress, and maintain structured documentation.

Fluent English and Spanish.



Nice to Have


Previous exposure to international or multicultural environments.

Basic understanding of risk, issue, and change management processes.

Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) or similar.

Experience coordinating vendors or external partners.
