Location: Remote - 9 Months Contract (Full time)

Start Date: November

Salary Range: RM9000 + RM400 (KPI)

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong customer service focus

• Open to feedback, fast learner, positive mindset
• Analytical & critical thinking skills

Technical Skills:

• Typing: 40 WPM, 90% accuracy
• Proficient in MS Windows & Office
• Able to read, write, and speak the required support language

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Assist customers regarding the beauty products
• Provide timely support via multiple channels
• Handle payments and customer data securely
• Protect brand reputation and customer loyalty
• Escalate priority issues when needed
• Collaborate with team to improve support processes
