We are looking for a Junior Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow within a global company like Celeo. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in the identification, analysis, and structuring of new business opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector across multiple geographies.

• Support the technical, economic, and strategic analysis of new investment opportunities.
• Participate in bidding processes and project structuring (greenfield and brownfield).
• Assist in the development of financial models and internal presentations.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance) and international partners.
• Support relationship management with external stakeholders (consultants, banks, public institutions).

• Degree in Industrial, Energy, Civil Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, strategic consulting, project engineering, or similar areas.
• High level of English (minimum C1). Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in the energy sector and in developing a career in international environments.
