Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Supply: Place orders with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and handle invoice processing.
- Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate all shipping and warehouse activities, track shipments, and inspect goods for quality upon arrival.
- Installation & Customer Handover: Schedule deliveries with installers, oversee final customer delivery, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion.
- Payment Coordination: Confirm project completion to trigger customer invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years relevant industry experience or similar job experience.
- Fluent Spanish & English as this job involves certain frequency of business travel to the UK.
IMPORTANT PROMPT: This position will be signing the employment contract by the 3rd human resource outsourcing organisation.
