  • Participate in uplift initiatives and group-wide resilience projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, legal, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years’ experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, or Information Risk Management.
  • Background in financial services (banking, insurance, superannuation) preferred, but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered.
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with data tools like SQL, SAS, or Tableau is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of IT systems and how they support continuity frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
  • An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
