Brand Partnerships Intern en Barcelona

Sheblooms is a global community connecting female founders and investors. We collaborate with brands like Glovo, HelloFresh, and Monday to advance our mission of closing the gender gap in entrepreneurship. We’re seeking a Brand Partnerships Intern who’s eager to grow in sales, business development, and brand relations while working directly with top companies across Europe.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing brand partners
  • Prepare reports and follow-ups after events and campaigns
  • Research and identify new potential partners aligned with Sheblooms’ mission
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email to introduce collaboration opportunities
  • Support in organizing sponsored events and activations
  • Keep CRM and partnership tracking up to date


Profile:

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Passionate about sales, networking, and partnerships
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for research and outreach
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)


Details:

  • Duration: 3 months, with opportunity for paid renewal based on performance
  • Time commitment: 15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Compensation: Unpaid internship
  • Location: Remote or hybrid (Barcelona preferred)
