Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Real Estate Business Development Associate to join our client in Madrid.

The latter specializes in acquiring, refurbishing, and reselling residential properties across Spain.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing new property opportunities, managing relationships with agents and brokers, and supporting property sales once the project is finalized.

The ideal candidate is a Spanish resident based in Madrid with a strong understanding of the local real estate market and a solid network of industry contacts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and evaluate residential property opportunities in Madrid and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze acquisition feasibility and support negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to assess investment potential and pricing trends.
  • Support the sale of refurbished properties through active engagement with buyers, investors, and agents.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to accelerate property turnover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.


What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in real estate, business development, property acquisition, or sales.
  • Established professional network within the real estate ecosystem (brokers, agents, developers, investors).
  • Familiar with the Madrid real estate market, including legal, governmental, and transactional processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native level)
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Residency in Spain, based in Madrid.
