We are looking for a SCCM Support Technician (Level 1/1.5) to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in a corporate environment.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software.
- Manage users and groups in Active Directory.
- Register and follow up incidents using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain systems and devices using SCCM.
- Create basic reports and monitor tasks using Office tools.
Skills:
Essential:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
- Experience in technical support (N1/N1.5).
- Basic knowledge of SCCM.
- Familiar with Active Directory administration (creating groups, managing permissions, etc.).
- Basic understanding of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Professional English level (B2 minimum).
