About the role

Management of digital projects reporting to the Operations Director.

You'll be responsible for managing a variety of projects from start to finish, as well as for developing a trusting relationship with both our clients and our extended team.

Being a producer at The Two Marias means having the perfect balance of Project Management and Client Servicing. It means showing leadership, having a ‘can do’ attitude, and being very proactive both internally and with clients. It also means being extremely organised, responsive, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Our clients are international, based mainly in the UK. Therefore, your level of English and Spanish must be very fluent (both oral and written) to handle daily communications via email and video calls.

At T2M you’ll learn very fast. We provide a structured internal training program, giving you hands-on experience across all types of projects we handle. Over the course of your first year, you’ll work closely with all our clients and production teams, gradually taking full ownership of projects while always having the support and guidance of senior colleagues. This approach allows you to gain a breadth of experience and develop skills at a pace that is rarely possible in larger agencies.

About The Two Marias

The Two Marias is a Barcelona-based creative digital production company. We work mainly with international clients (both agencies and brands), most of whom are in the UK. The company was founded in 2008 by Maria Blasi and Maria Sala.

Since July 2020, we have been certified as a women-owned business.

Required Skills

• English fluency (both oral and written)
• Spanish fluency
• Around 2–3 years’ experience in the digital sector (ideally in an agency or production company)
• Familiar with digital production and eager to learn about digital campaigns, animation/video production, and website development
• Client-facing skills
• Highly organised
• Very proactive

Desirable Skills

• Client management experience
• Web development/programming knowledge
• Familiarity with Google Ads, social media specs, WordPress, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects

Tasks

• Management of digital projects, including budget estimation, preparation of timings and schedules, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
• Taking client briefs, briefing the production team, and reviewing creative/builds before client delivery
• Client management ensuring fluent communication and reporting
• Team management ensuring quality and delivery of work
• Ensuring the highest standards of QA and testing — zero error tolerance

Salary

The salary for this position is negotiable, based on your experience and profile, typically ranging between €24,000 and €28,000 gross per year, paid over 12 monthly installments.
