ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of the Risk Technologist (AI Agent) role is to design, maintain, and enhance AI-driven systems that support risk and collection operations. By integrating Large Language Models and automation into core decision processes, this role ensures reliable performance, scalability, and continuous improvement of the company’s AI agents across credit and operational domains. This position is central to driving innovation and improving our product processes in a dynamic FinTech environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supporting the Collection AI Agent

• Transition from an external contractor to the internal support team
• Maintain and update documentation
• Monitor agent performance
• Handle ad-hoc requests from analysts
• Assign requirements to other departments related to credit policy
• Troubleshoot technical issues

2. AI Agent Development

• Implement new business rules
• Integrate with internal and external services
• Refactor existing codebase
• Improve system performance
• Enhance logging and technical metrics collection
• Write and maintain tests (unit, prompt, end-to-end)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Strong SQL skills (joins, subqueries, analytical functions, index optimization)
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) principles
• Awareness of model capabilities and limitations

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with voice models
