In this role, you’ll contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects that ensure secure, reliable, and data-driven solutions for global clients.

As part of an international PMO team, you’ll support strategic initiatives that shape the future of business operations — giving you visibility across multiple departments, from IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to innovation and application development.

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ 1–3 years’ experience in project management support or similar roles.

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✅ Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Office and Azure Boards.

✅ Stakeholder management skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

In this role you’ll:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within a global portfolio.
• Coordinate resources, documentation, and communication to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Gain exposure to strategic decision-making, financial processes, and best practices in project governance.
• Be part of a collaborative, multicultural team where learning and growth are part of the day-to-day.

Location: Hybrid in Madrid (2 days per week onsite).

Contract: Permanent.

Languages: English B2/C1
