Scandinaviansmiles has grown into one of the fastest-scaling e-commerce brands INTERNATIONAL, known for innovative oral-care products like the ScandiBrush™ and the upcoming ScandiGum™.

Now we’re taking the next step: building a 100 sqm in-house content studio where we shoot, edit, and launch world-class marketing content — all within 72 hours.

We’re looking for a Creative Director / Head of Content who will own the creative vision and lead the production of everything from viral TikTok ads and “fake lab” product films to lifestyle shoots and UGC collaborations.

• Lead and develop the creative direction and storytelling across all brands under Scandinaviansmiles AND OUR UPCOMING BRAND.
• Plan, script, and oversee content shoots in our Marbella studio (ads, product films, interviews, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
• Work closely with video editors, media buyers, and UGC creators to ensure a fast 72-hour content loop — from shoot → edit → launch.
• Analyze creative performance and continuously test new ideas, hooks, and visual concepts.
• Build and mentor a small but elite in-house content team (videographers, editors, set designers).
• Collaborate directly with founders to shape the next generation of Scandinavian consumer brands.

• A storyteller with a strong sense for brand, emotion, and virality.
• Experienced in short-form content (TikTok, Meta Ads, Reels) and fluent in the logic of what makes people stop scrolling.
• Confident leading creative projects from concept to execution — hands-on when needed.
• A “builder” who thrives in high-speed, entrepreneurial environments.
• Skilled in working with videographers, editors, and performance teams.
• (Bonus) Experience from direct-to-consumer, beauty, or tech-driven brands.
