We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our UX team, supporting different projects and driving user-centric decisions across the business area. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the way millions of people interact with an amazing company.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and analyze user research and usability testing to improve the overall user experience.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research (Mixed Methods) to gather insights on user behaviors and needs.
• Perform behavioral analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional teams with user-centered design insights across projects.
• Apply methodologies such as field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorting, and low-fidelity prototyping methods.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align research outcomes with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven expertise in UX Research

✅ Strong experience with Mixed Methods (quant + qual)

✅ Fluent English communication (100%)

✅ Knowledge of A/B testing

✅ Hands-on experience with UX methodologies and tools (field research, heuristic reviews, usability testing, benchmarking, card sorts, prototyping, etc.)

Location: Barcelona (1-2 days per week in the office required)
