Resposibilities:
- Prepare and support all activity-related reporting for the country
- Assist with reminders and system updates, including document management
- Prepare analytical reports as needed
- Maintain and organize documents and reminders to ensure compliance with the quality management system
- Regularly follow up on supplier documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, RMAs, claims, vendor registrations)
- Provide support for delivery coordination and tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Spanish level C1
- English level B2
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
