Resposibilities:

  • Prepare and support all activity-related reporting for the country
  • Assist with reminders and system updates, including document management
  • Prepare analytical reports as needed
  • Maintain and organize documents and reminders to ensure compliance with the quality management system
  • Regularly follow up on supplier documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, RMAs, claims, vendor registrations)
  • Provide support for delivery coordination and tracking


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Spanish level C1
  • English level B2
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
