Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the mobile industry, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored mobile solutions and excellent customer service.
- Sales and Renewals: Drive sales and manage renewals of mobile products and services, such as smartphones, plans, and accessories. Identify new business opportunities within key public channels to increase revenue and grow market share.
- Service Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of mobile solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to post-sales support.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in the mobile industry, including new product releases, technologies, and shifts in consumer preferences. Use this information to advise clients on the best solutions.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve services and products. Provide regular reports on account performance, sales progress, and market conditions to internal teams and management.
- Contract Management: Oversee the contract lifecycle with clients, including contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance. Address client inquiries regarding terms, products, and services.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the mobile or telecommunications industry, with a focus on managing public channel accounts.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
- Additional Competencies:
- Solid understanding of mobile products, pricing models, and industry trends.
- Knowledge of mobile distribution networks and retail partnerships is a plus.
