Our Global Delivery Network (GDN) team is looking for a Junior IT profile / Internship based in Madrid (preferred) or Alicante, to support our projects in the region (Benelux, Switzerland and France).

In the GDN team, you will be working under the supervision of our Delivery Excellence Team Leader, helping improve our reporting capabilities, data-driven insights, and overall ability to deliver projects more efficiently and profitably.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards for internal clients in the region.
• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and transformation of data from different sources (Excel, databases, internal systems).
• Participate in the creation of KPIs and metrics to track project delivery performance and profitability.
• Help the team with ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Contribute to the documentation and standardization of reporting processes.
• Collaborate in the automation of manual reporting tasks.
• Participate in cross-country initiatives that aim to improve delivery excellence and efficiency.
• Provide support in administrative and coordination tasks related to reporting and project tracking.
• Other administrative tasks: archiving, filing, document edition, etc.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar field.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and data treatment tools (other BI tools or SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Visual Basic .NET highly valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced level is a plus).
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.
• Ability to work as part of a remote and multicultural team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to multi-task and be flexible.

Work location: Madrid (preferred) or Alicante, Spain.
