IT Intern – Atlassian Confluence Support en Katowice

ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you:

• curious and proactive, with a strong interest in IT systems and collaboration tools,

• familiar with Atlassian Confluence or eager to learn,   

• comfortable working with SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle),   

• interested in scripting, and automation,   

• organized and detail-oriented. 

English level: B2 

You'll get extra points for: 

• exposure to Azure DevOps (Git, YAML pipelines),  

• basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and CLI, 

• knowledge about agile or Scrum methodologies.  

Your responsibilities: 

• administering and configuring Confluence (GUI, platform settings, DB structure), 

• assisting with plugin replacements and custom feature development, 

• writing SQL queries (MSSQL, Oracle) for reporting and troubleshooting, 

• supporting users by analyzing issues and documenting solutions, 

• creating procedures and technical documentation, 

• collaborating with support teams to resolve incidents and improve system stability.

Knowledge and Collaboration team ensures the platform is reliable, user friendly, and tailored to the needs of ING organization. We handle user support, space administration, and infrastructure optimization to enable seamless collaboration.
