We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Administrator to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Veeva-based Learning Management System to ensure seamless training delivery, compliance tracking, and user experience across our pharmaceutical operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Veeva LMS platform
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance
  • Content & Course Management:
  • Upload, organize, and maintain training content and curricula
  • Schedule and assign training programs to employees based on role, location, and compliance needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Generate and analyze training reports for audits and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor completion rates and escalate overdue training
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
  • User Support & Training:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for LMS navigation
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality and user experience
  • Stay updated on Veeva releases and implement relevant upgrades
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align LMS with broader digital strategies
