For our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we are looking for an experienced :

Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our Barcelona or Valencia office.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Inside Sales you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the sales and administrative aspects of our business. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Ensuring our systems are up-to-date and maintaining constant contact with external sales for optimal commercial client management.
• Overseeing the registration process and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
• Coordinating cost requests and quotations with other agencies, alongside direct client quotations.
• Maintaining our database to ensure accuracy in customer contact information for tariff dissemination.
• Embarking on market prospecting to identify and initiate contact with potential new clients, setting the stage for future collaborations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level.
• Solid understanding of the logistics and maritime business.
• Logistics Experience: Bring prior experience in logistics, particularly with container transports. At least for 2 years.
• Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Proactive Personality: Exhibit an outgoing, proactive, and responsible attitude.
