Your main tasks

- Acquisition and sale of real estate

- Valuation and presentation of properties

- Professional and constant customer service

- Implementation of sales and marketing activities

Your profile 

- Permanent residence on the island

- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, other language skills would be a plus 

- Sales experience in the field of real estate 

- Affinity and enthusiasm for real estate

- Experienced handling of MS-Office

- Good manners, a confident, friendly manner and high service orientation

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Reliable, independent and structured way of working

- High level of commitment and team orientation

- Hands-on mentality and initiative

- Goal-oriented work and negotiating skills
