✍WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

- Design and implement high-quality, efficient, and well-tested code using the Rust programming language.

- Develop and maintain back-end systems, APIs, or application components written in Rust.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.

- Build secure software solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, DevOps engineers, product managers) to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to company standards.

- Optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and reliability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the Rust ecosystem.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Years' experience: minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Strong proficiency in the **Rust programming language** and its core principles.
• Knowledge of systems programming, memory management, and concurrent programming.
• Familiarity with web frameworks or libraries within the Rust ecosystem, such as **Rocket, Actix, or Warp**.
• Understanding modern software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions.

• Workplace: Madrid (Hybrid model)
• Work Schedule: 9-18hs + On Call
