Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help us scale our impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new clients and nurture existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Create and present a detailed sales roadmap, including strategies to approach potential clients and expand in the market.
- Achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and market presence.
- Track and report on key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Desire to learn more about Salesforce.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher would be highly valued.
- Experience with Salesforce would be a plus.
