Role

We are looking for a communicative and people-oriented individual with a genuine passion for technology. The selected candidate will actively contribute to the development of innovative recruiting solutions, playing a key role in building relationships with universities, collaborating on research projects, and managing communication with candidates and internal teams. Responsibilities

Talent Attraction and Candidate Management

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic communication with candidates.
• Publish and promote job openings aligned with the organization’s employer brand and talent strategy.

University and Academic Partnerships

• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, business schools, and research institutions.
• Coordinate joint R&D projects focused on talent and participate in academic collaborations.
• Assist in organizing seminars, studies, and scientific validation pilots.

Communication and Employer Branding

• Create engaging content for social media and digital platforms in line with brand identity and tone.
• Foster engagement with academic and professional communities through digital channels and events.

Technology in Talent Selection

• Collaborate in the design and training of AI models for candidate assessment.
• Explore and evaluate digital tools that enhance the efficiency and objectivity of recruitment processes.

Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Identify market trends and provide strategic recommendations for process optimization.

Professional Development

• Receive continuous training and individual coaching to develop technical, communication, and analytical skills.
• Be part of a collaborative and innovation-driven learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Interest in technology and its application in human-centered environments.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
• Intellectual curiosity and affinity with academic and research contexts.
• C2 level or Native English

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in communication, academic events, or institutional relations.
• Previous interaction with universities or participation in research projects.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or artificial intelligence.
• Ability to write content for digital or scientific environments.
