About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Economic Analyst to join our Controlling & Reporting team within the Finance & M&A (Corporate) area. In this role, you will actively contribute to the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes at a Group level — playing a key part in strategic financial planning and decision-making at Cellnex.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure consistency and compliance of Group financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support the closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Corporate and across countries.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide financial information and insights for senior management and Board Committees.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles.
• Monitor KPIs including EBITDA, CAPEX, RLFCF, working capital and more.
• Assist in validating and defending the Group’s financial targets and budget.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields (required).
• MBA or Master in Finance (a plus).

Languages

• English – Advanced (must-have)
• Spanish – Advanced (must-have)
• Other Cellnex languages (e.g. French, Italian) – Valuable

Tools & Systems

• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – Advanced
• Financial software and ERP systems – Advanced

Experience

• 5–6 years of experience in finance roles with a strong focus on controlling and reporting.
• Background in accounting/audit firms (highly desirable).

Key Competencies

• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in matrix environments.
