Tenth Revolution Group is a leading British IT services consultancy, working with clients worldwide to deliver high-quality, tailored technology solutions. To support our continued growth in Spain, we are expanding our PMO team and looking for a Service Manager with a strong technical background.

Role Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT services for international clients, acting as the primary contact point and ensuring excellence in service delivery. This is a key role to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT services for a portfolio of clients.
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Produce performance reports and analyze KPIs to optimize service outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar IT role.
• Strong technical background, ideally with solid knowledge in software development.
• Bilingual/C2 level English is mandatory, as one of the main clients requires full communication in English.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in IT consultancy environments is a plus.
