Lo/la stagista in Authority Reporting & Investigation supporta il team nell’analisi, nella gestione e nell’evasione delle richieste provenienti da autorità giudiziarie e amministrativo-fiscali (indagini bancarie e fiscali, sequestri e svincoli). Collabora inoltre nell’adempimento degli obblighi derivanti dalla gestione di provvedimenti e/o procedure, con particolare riferimento all’invio puntuale dei flussi informativi e delle comunicazioni ai destinatari predefiniti, nel rispetto delle scadenze previste dalla normativa. Collabora anche con altre aree e funzioni della Banca in un’ottica di condivisione delle informazioni relative alla clientela, al fine di garantire la conformità alla normativa di settore.

Attività:

• Evasione delle richieste di accertamenti bancari e fiscali mediante analisi, predisposizione ed inoltro delle informazioni nonché della documentazione relativa ai clienti oggetto di accertamento (estratti conto, movimentazioni ed informazioni relativi ai prodotti, copia dei contratti di sottoscrizione dei rapporti); 
• Evasione dei provvedimenti di sequestro/dissequestro, mediante analisi ed operatività concreta sui rapporti intestati al cliente, in ottemperanza a quanto richiesto dall’autorità giudiziaria (blocco/sblocco dei prodotti attivi, creazione di conti a specchio, intestazione delle risorse al Fondo Unico di Giustizia ed inoltro dei flussi informativi nonché delle rendicontazioni periodiche); 
• Ricezione dei provvedimenti dell’Autorità Giudiziaria e dell’Autorità Amministrativa-Fiscale notificate alla Banca tramite posta tradizionale (o fax), posta elettronica certificata ovvero “brevi manu” presso la sede legale, dalle autorità competenti; 
• Attività di controllo e reporting previsti per ogni singola tipologia di attività; 
• Reportizzazione periodica alla Funzione Antiriciclaggio dei clienti oggetto di provvedimento di sequestro, accertamento bancario e fiscale, in ottemperanze delle indicazioni fornite dalla seconda linea di controllo;  
• Coinvolgimento tempestivo delle funzioni Legal/Compliace/Antiriciclaggio per la condivisione delle azioni necessarie alla gestione di fattispecie particolari.
