The position will require management of performance marketing accounts and campaigns for another 4 companies, Maroca, Batú, Caribbean Lake Park and RCK.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create visually appealing property listings.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and website visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing strategies.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to create compelling visual content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation techniques is a plus.
