At Imperia, we develop and sell SaaS software to optimize supply chain planning. This includes everything from demand forecasting to purchasing and production planning. Over 100 leading clients worldwide already benefit from our solutions. In 2024, we were recognized as the 4th most promising startup in Spain.

We are now looking for an Business Operations to join our team and focus on the LATAM market, working on an afternoon schedule from 1 pm to 10 pm (CET).

Requirements:

• Native Spanish and fluent professional English.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.

➕ It’s a plus if you…

• Have previous experience in consulting.
• Know SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Have worked with ERP systems or similar integrations.
• Have programming skills, in any language.

Your responsibilities:

• Project management: Lead the implementation of our SaaS solution for LATAM clients. Ensure goals are met and clients are satisfied.
• Process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities in supply chains and suggest effective solutions.
• Technical setup: Integrate client data and configure the software to match their needs.
• Operations support: Collaborate with teams across LATAM during the afternoon shift to ensure smooth processes and successful outcomes.
