We’re hiring! Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notch customer service, resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on-site and remote issues.

What you'll do:

• Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks
• Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software
• Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records

Flexibility and mobility are key — a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as some travel may be required.

What you bring:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Great communication skills — both with users and technical teams
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of networking basics and infrastructure support

✅ Nice to have (but not required):

• CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications
