Your Role:

  • Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
  • Provide efficient administrative support to keep processes smooth and transparent.
  • Assist with apartment visits, reservations, and budget management, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of clients and property listings by building strong, trust-based relationships.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about real estate and eager to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • A clear and confident communicator who values transparency.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaborating as part of a team.
  • Ready to deliver fast, reliable responses and outstanding client support.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual gross salary: €22,500
  • Attractive incentives for every reservation made and for positive client reviews
  • Total compensation can reach approximately €27,000 to €28,000 annually
